So sweet, kind, honest, respectful, and educational. Learning about the pelvic floor is a complicated process and without hesitation Juliana answered my questions even if it was the same question each session. She had multiple methods to help me understand a workout better and described how it can help ease my pain, prep me for birth, and keep me strong during pregnancy.
She helped educate my husband with an at home visit as well. We helped me push myself with strength training and altered the exercises according to at home workouts I was comfortable with. I have had minimal pain and discomfort was eased thanks to the exercises offered and support from Juliana!
As a climber I was eager to stay moving during pregnancy and the movement and exercises provided me with an easier pregnancy and more confidence in my pelvic floor understanding. -

Juliana is absolutely the best in the biz - especially if you are into climbing!
I'd been to multiple PTs in the past, but Julianna is the first I've gone to who actually climbs and understands first-hand the different stresses put on your body by the sport. I have gone through treatment for multiple issues I've had (all resolved now) and she is always empathetic, always tries to understand your goals, and most importantly really tries to work with you to find a plan that will get you to where you want to be (in a way you can actually follow!)
I can't recommend her enough (as I'm always telling my climbing friends). Check her out! -

Juliana is an amazing PT. She is able to quickly diagnose the issue and design a plan to effectively relieve any pain or issues you may have.

Juliana has been an incredible asset in my most recent recovery and overall health and fitness. She has guided me through an extensive shoulder recovery process and is by far the most empathetic and thorough PT I have ever worked with. After almost a year of engagement, my shoulder is fully recovered and my overall physical health and strength is the best it's been in 15 years. I couldn't provided a greater level of endorsement.

It would be challenging to capture in a Google review exactly how impactful Dr. Juliana has been for my recovery, however I donβt think I could talk any higher of someone in the field of injury recovery. Speaking as someone who has gone through severe and traumatic climbing injuries, years of physical therapy, and countless residual issues, Iβve seen many specialists in the Colorado area for a multitude of lingering problems. Juliana tops them all.
We began sessions to address problematic rotator cuff issues back in July that was causing pain, range of motion constraints, and reduction of power. And in a few short months of following her guidance and exercises, not only was power restored to my right side entirely, I was forgetting pain used to be there at all. -

Juliana has been an amazing physical therapist. When I was first told my rotator cuff issue could be fixed with physical therapy, I was hesitant. I've had some bad experiences before with another provider who wanted to fix everything with Chiro.
Not Julianna. She sat down, listened to me, built rapport, and gained my trust before we got into the main problem. She came up with a customized plan for my shoulder. Her thorough demonstrations (that she encourages you to record!) brought back the strength I was lacking by week four. Over the next month, she got my exercise routine to what it was before my injury.
I can't recommend her enough. You're in the best of hands. -

"When I dislocated my shoulder while climbing, I worked with Juliana to rehabilitate it. Her wide range on knowledge and ability to apply that to each individual is very apparent. Not only did she help me help me rehabilitate my shoulder so it was stronger than before, but she helped me apply proper techniques so that I'm also climbing harder than ever.
I've gained more as a climber in the 6 months working with her than I have in the 5 years climbing alone." -

"When I tore my medial meniscus in my knee, I worked with Juliana. Her knowledge and skills were huge in helping me recover and ranged from Physical therapy exercises to dry needling to reduce tension in the muscles around my joint. Each session we had, I left feeling renewed in the space of my injury and confident in the work towards a smooth and healthy recovery."

"Juliana was incredibly knowledgable as she helped me recover from a shoulder injury. She did such a great job of understanding my climbing and how to get me back to my specific climbing goals. I would HIGHLY recommend!"

"Juliana is the best PT I have worked with. She is smart, fun and always makes sure your care meets your needs!"

"I am a sports enthusiast who does a billion different high intensity sports. Juliana has continually (since I seem to be injury/tweak prone) fixed me back up to 100% plus some. Her understanding of the body, application of her knowledge, and her love of people make her a stand out in the Physical Therapy occupation.
While she is an amazing PT, she is an even better person and you will always feel taken care of. I have and will continue to give her 5 stars." -

Iβve been dealing with a shoulder issue, instability / torn labrum for a year and some change now. Juliana helped me see the first real progress with my injury since I got hurt. Highly recommend her practice!
I recommend Juliana to other serious climbers as well. Itβs great to work with a practitioner who understands climbing at the level she does. -

highly, highly recommend Juliana! She is smart, professional, skilled, sociable, and provides creative solutions that will work with your access (or not) to weights and workout equipment. She helped me develop a routine that I have stuck with (shocker). Iβve even come to enjoy the exercises at home, and I look forward to my appointments with Juliana because of her kind, fun personality, and contagious positivity. She has a flexible schedule and is willing to meet at various locations, which has been hugely helpful to me.

Started working with Juliana a few months ago due to ongoing wrist and shoulder pain. I have seen massive improvements going from not being able to pull onto a route without pain, to climbing at almost 100% again. One of her biggest strengths imo is her ability to explain the intricacies of injuries and exercises in an intuitive way.

Juliana has done a outstanding job of understanding the issues around my injuries and working within my limitations to create a program to get me back to doing the things I enjoy. She can do the same for you too!!!

Juliana was so wonderful to work with for my knee recovery. She was attentive to my goals and always there when I had random questions or concerns about my knee during the recovery process.
Be sure to set some goals going in and she will help you achieve them! -

Iβm so grateful to Juliana for taking the time to figure out what was going on with my hand. Before meeting with her, I had seen my primary doctor, who barely examined my hand and had me move it a little and said it was probably a pinched nerve. For some reason, I couldnβt shake the feeling that something wasnβt right with that diagnosis, so I made an appointment with Juliana. Thank goodness I did.
She carefully assessed my hand, having me perform different movements to pinpoint where the pain was coming from. It turned out it wasnβt a nerve or ligament issue at all. It was strain in my dorsal interossei muscle, between my thumb and index finger. The muscle had become extremely stiff from the trauma.
Juliana worked her magic and she used acupuncture to release the tension and taught me a few finger exercises to help strengthen the muscle again. I appreciate all of her help. I never realized how important my right hand was until it got injured, and thanks to her, itβs now back to normal. -

I did rehab with Juliana, and there arenβt words to express the immense and ever-present gratitude I hold and have held in this process. Going from injury to injury it has been difficult to actually find the joy in climbing and exercise. It felt like nothing ever got resolved. After following the plan that Juliana created for me, I can now walk into the gym with strength and confidence! I have been to many different clinics and I think one thing that separates Juliana is her ability to, not just help you with injury and discomfort, but encourage you in the process through collaboration and warmth. Excited to start training hard!

I have been working with Dr. Merighi for about 1.5 years, and I want to share my experience so that others can know what to expect when working with her.
Dr. Merighi is truly passionate about helping others and she shows it in how she helps her clients. She celebrates even the smallest wins and gives an encouraging push when needed.
I hadn't trained or lifted for nearly 8 or 9 years and my climbing decreased to one day a week throughout this time. I made some life changes to pursue some old climbing goals and that's how I ended up meeting Dr. Merighi. It's now been 1.5 years, and she has helped me recover from 4 injuries. She has also helped keep my psych alive during recovery. With Dr. Merighi's coaching, I've increased my finger strength more than 35% and my general fitness is significantly higher. Before working with Dr. Merighi, a good day in the gym was sending a V9... now, a good day is sending a V11 in a few goes and flashing some V9s and V10s. My outdoor climbing has improved and I'm more consistent.
If you're on the fence with either who to work with or whether or not to commit to a training program, then do yourself a favor and trust the process with Dr. Merighi. -

Juliana has been incredible. I started seeing her at 24 weeks pregnant after my midwife suggested starting pelvic floor PT. I had a very rough pregnancy and the delivery was also no walk in the park. 6 months postpartum and Iβm starting to feel like myself slowly but surely. My core has gotten stronger, my pelvic floor is feeling much better, and while I still struggle with hip pain (yep did I mention delivery was rough?) itβs definitely improved. Juliana has been incredibly helpful and realistic about my exercises knowing that having a baby means finding time is not always easy. The breathing exercises that have helped improve my core and pelvic floor can be done even while feeding my baby. If youβre pregnant and needing pelvic floor PT, or if youβve already had your baby, I 100% recommend seeing her.

Julianna has been a lifeline during my postpartum period. She helped me bring movement back into my life almost immediately in a way that has been paced for the realities of what becoming a mom meant for my body. This has been so important for reconnecting with my physical strength, but also doing it in a way that isnβt too much too quick. If I had been on my own I likely would have rushed back into climbing, creating more issues for myself. Now that Iβm a few months out and back at work, she is also helping me to train in a really concentrated way. Working with her, I am starting to get my strength and ability as a climber back, while balancing being a working mom of a new baby!

On top of being an excellent yoga teacher Juliana is also an exceptional physical therapist. By following the advice she gave me after a yoga class ive been able to fix pains that I carried for years, I simply cannot recommend her enough!

Met Juliana at Movement when she was doing a clinic to talk to people. I spoke to her about an issue with my shoulder at the time and she helped me diagnose and make some changes to strengthen and increase flexibility. She took my email and sent me extra exercises that i could do at home and not just at the gym. After a few weeks of being diligent with exercises my pain went away, and my range of motion and imbalances improved. I highly recommend Juliana if you need some sports physical therapy. She was kind and knowledgeable when talking about my issues and didn't jump to conclusions. She listened and offered advice and it worked. 10/10 would reach out again with other issues.

I immensely enjoyed my video visit with Flow State Physical Therapy. Juliana gave me inspiration and hope that this terrible sciatic pain will get better. She clearly explained and demonstrated different mobility exercises. I am in terrible shape physically however the excercise program she gave me has given me confidence that I can and will become stronger. Best of all I can easily do the excercises in my home. I highly recommend.

I had such a bad calf cramp that was keeping me from skating and even made walking difficult, Juliana gave me some dry needling and a work out plan that got me better than ever. Been seeing her ever since, 10/10 would recommend

I highly recommend going to see Juliana. I have seen her for a shoulder injury and lower back injury that were both very debilitating to my quality of life. Juliana is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy but the thing that separates her from other PTs is her personal approach. She has a true passion for wanting to help others and that passion and hope creates a safe space to be vulnerable and begin the healing process. Her personal approach to YOUR healing journey has helped me change my mindset to chronic injuries and hope she can provide the same opportunity to you!

I have made considerable progress with Juliana. After struggling with shoulder tendinitis for over two years and seeing other physical therapists with limited success, I finally found relief and renewed strength thanks to her expertise. As a former gymnast with a desk job who loves to stay active, I felt like Juliana truly listened and understood my unique situation. She didnβt just treat the injury; she considered my lifestyle and goals, helping me get back to swimming, biking, and climbing pain-free in a remarkably short amount of time. She even worked her magic on a last-minute IT band issue before a 12 mile hike I did last weekend. If youβre looking for a physical therapist who is insightful, effective, and genuinely cares about getting you back to what you love, thatβs Juliana.

Juliana is amazingly helpful and passionate about fixing whatever injuries or issues youβre dealing with. Even more than that though she gives you the tools to self service any new issues that might arise in the future. I had a great time working with her after injuring my fingers and shoulder and Iβm still using the exercises and principles she taught me even after recovering. Thanks Juliana!

I was a patient of Julianaβs for about 4-5 months in 2024. She helped me resolve some shoulder pain that had kept me out of the weight room for about a year. It also started impacting my climbing. By my 5th session, I was seeing clear improvements thanks to the recovery plan she guided me through. At the beginning of each session, she took my feedback on what was and wasnβt working, tweaking the plan accordingly so I felt like the plan was working for me. She took my input very seriously.
Itβs clear to anyone who meets Juliana that she cares immensely about the work she does and the clients sheβs responsible for; she has this aura of authenticity, warmth, and experience. Highly recommend her as a coach, PT, and person! -

I am a climber and had a A2 Pully rupture which basically kept me from climbing. My coach recommended Julianna as my PT because she specializes in climbers. Within three sessions I was back to normal. She was amazing and I highly recommend her as a PT for climbers. Thank you, Julianna!

As a coach managing the training and progress of many youth athletes, Juliana is an amazing resource I've relied on for any tweaks and injuries that pop up. Each and every time I've referred one of my athletes to her, she finds a way to manage their healing and recovery more quickly than I would have expected, and she does it with an admirably holistic and human approach that has built immense trust along the way.
Any time I see her at the gym with clients, she is clearly dedicated to and invested in real concern for their well-being. If you need a PT who actually cares to learn who you are and what your goals are (you do), she's the one.
